Eg: if a term gets searched for a lot on Google – is there a good chance it also does on Youtube?

Child Pornography?

1) Is it a crime to have virtual child pornography? Even though the ages of the drawn characters are unknown.

1) The government wouldn’t know if someone is looking at a nude picture in a sexual way, unless they offer thier confession.

2) The saying children are “innocent and pure” does not exist anymore, even now, there are 7-12 year olds I live near, and have baby sitted..who says vulgur things, most are pornographic language, and they even claim to “hit” girls (a term they use to mean sex)

I would like to start an online company. My idea is a website that teaches acting lessons through videos, articles, and tutorials. It would be membership site where people pay monthly to access.
Or I would start a company that buys undervalued websites, fixes them up by implementing marketing strategies, adding revenue generators, and imputing some seo tactics. The company would then sell the website for profit. Is this even considered a “company”. Could there be a CEO?

About me:

Right now I am 14 years old. I have big plans from age 15 -18.
I plan to move out of my dad and moms’ house when I 18 flat. The reason for this is because we have so many arguments. I have limits on everything i want to do. For example; I can only play on the computer for an hour. I can barely do anything for that given amount of time.
I have already started making money online by buying and selling (earned $500 so far )
I have straight A’s and can fix/ build computers blind-folded. I am good with other electronics too like mobile phone, media player..etc

When I hit age 15, I plan to to ask my teacher if i can get a work permit. I will start working at a part time job. When September 2011 comes, I would have already master the basics of C programming.

By age 16, i will create games/ programs and start selling them on a stable website.

By age 18, I can leave the house.
I have a steady part-time job of $600 a month.
Let’s say a have a steady money making website ($10 a day), so $300.
And i also have a steady buy & sell routine and services for other. (say $200 a month)
Possibly a total of $100 after taxes and everything. And also lets say i find a good financial aid that pays for my college fee. That leaves my payment for the rent of the apartment and food.

Would $1000 get me by? Please answers. I need to know. (just preparin for the outside world)

We stumbled across a site that sold them for only 150-300 each. We initially thought it was too good to be true but we tried to think as if perhaps for once it was a dream come true. The lady who was selling them to us tended to say “O.k” alot and didnt have the best english, but although we thought this suspicious we continued with the transaction. She had told us that she had just recently moved and had to fly the dog to us. We agreed to pay to the airlines who would give the money to her. Early this morning she requested we pay asap and so we did… little did we know that later that day, there would be no dog, and it was all a trick to the head…
We had gotten scammed of 360 dollars, which couldve been worse, but I had gotten my hopes up and was so excited to have another dog in my life. A puppy yorkie. A bundle of joy. I had been walking around with a smile on my face. When I asked my mom when the dog would arrive she told me we had been scammed. I had to hold back the tears of frustration, anger, and once again…loss. A lot has gone on in my life in the past month.
hell, im only 17. My life savings consist of 325 dollars and i am willing to give that money to my mother for the lost money she spent in this scam. My brother told me that we can get our money back, and it isnt as hard as I’m making it out to be. But what i want more than anything is to slap that girl in the face and get her in trouble for her crime. My question is that it IS possible to get our money back correct? and how can i get her caught?? I’m tired of people playing with my life. And i want to get back at her for what she did to me. I was given false hope. I even went through my dead dog’s stuff that we kept for future dogs and got toys and beds out for it…which is pointless now. It upsets me so much that someone would go through that much trouble for one, such little money compared to what she could’ve gotten, and the fact that she doesnt care that she took money from a family that just experienced a lot of loss and financial problems.
I got kicked down when my dog died, and when I was possibly told i wouldnt be able to get a dog until the summer, I found hope in this, just to be let down yet again, like in everything in my life. Please help me catch her and take her our of her “work”…so she wont scam another person ever again.

As far as payment: It was through credit card or debit card, i forget which. And my guess is that it was from someone in another country because after it was too late we realized that they were scammers also because of their poor english. . . . . . . western union does sound familiar but they tried to get us to pay through some fake airline called “Swiss international airways” or something that only ships pets. What a fraud but w/e. I’m trying to figure out where i can go to track their IP. I found it in the Emails but I just need to find a place to track em. and see if theyre from out of the country or not…

As far as the dog: We found a local person bout 5 minutes away who we contacted and she told us that she is willing to sell her puppies (for 350-375 bucks for a male) and she can visit with us tomorrow afternoon and i’ll be coming with! Can Reface Scotland really save me money?

I’ve had an excellent quote to reface my kitchen from Reface Scotland in Glasgow. The quality appears to be excellent from what the sales guy showed me. I live too far away from their showroom to see it for myself but their website looks really good. I’m just wondering if there is a catch as the quote is less than half of the one from B&Q and almost a third of one from MFI. Problems/Dangers of an internet start up? ?

My buddy and I are in sales, and for the last 5 years he has had this internet start up dream. He is one of the best guys on the floor and we have become since become good acquaintances.

After some research his internet startup seems like a really, really good idea, its something that would exists in small niche market and yet have expand into the mainstream rather easily. and to be honest he has almost completely sold me on his site.

The problem is he loses huge chunks of his paycheck to child support/supporting his daughters mom and her family, leaving him with little extra money to put towards a business. This where my large chunk of disposable income would come into play.

So we have an great idea, and the money to fund it… what could possible go wrong?

1. We dont know anything about building a site
2. we can both sell, and we dont really have any friends with power/money
3. web sites are a dime a dozen, it would take a lot of word of mouth to get going…

Renting shelves at a local fashion boutique to sell my clothes?

I am planning to start my own fashion boutique but I am not established enough to open a store (financially). I am writing a business plan and working on a website for now. I am doing my market research and plenty of other reseacrh and I came up with this idea yesterday and I need to know if I am being realistic and if this is possible.

Anyhow, question is. I have the product. The clothes I want to sell are very NYC for fashion forward people and there is one store in my area (a little boutique) that sell clothes like that.

The niche is their stuff is wayy to expensive, if I have a boutique they would be my competitor and my advantage would be cheaper price and way more fashionable clothes. I’d say quality is similar.

Do you think it would be ok for me to ask them if they would rent me shelve space? This way I can start with small inventory without going all out leasing a place and what not. They can make the sale and I can pay them whatever they ask for since their employees are doing the work. I will add it to my cost of good. I Can still mark it up by 100% or 150%

This way I can sell my clothes and also get a better idea of whether or not I have my market here without risking it all? What is the likely hood of that?

My sale pitch would be, they would be guaranteed to make money whether or not my stuff sells. All I am asking for is a rack!

Quite recently I’ve had this urge to make video game reviews, of older games, newer ones… not that I’m looking to become famous from it, I just wanna do it because I want to talk about the games I used to play as a kid and hopefully…do a good job of it.

what is the best camera to make videos with without breaking a wallet and where can I get them. I know web cams and microphones can work but they do not have the quality of a camcorder or video camera and web cams cannot go mobile unless you have a laptop. it needs to record sound too, but I know most of them do so that should not be an issue.
